An organic mixed farming and livestock breeding farm that sprang from seeds of passion for chestnut trees, sweet onions and agro-pastoralism in the Cévennes
Phil was a quality controller in the metallurgy industry. Returning to the farm under the famous Esparon rock to look after his aging parents, Phil rehabilitated the chestnut grove surrounding the family home.
Carrying out the maintenance with his bare hands, the days turned into months and years.
La ferme d'Esparon offers you its vegetable production:
- Chestnuts: Dauphines and Bouches de Betizac
- Arboriculture: almonds and walnuts
- Market gardening: asparagus, sweet onions and butternut
