The farm created by Marylène Dupaquier is recent, it is a breeding of dairy goats (200 approximately of which 140 in production) of alpine race led in Organic and Fair Trade Agriculture.
Marylène Dupaquier sells her milk mainly to the cooperative, and partly as processed products at the farm.
The transformation of milk has started since the beginning of 2020, in order to valorize the milk not used for the cooperative.
The proposed products are :
- Goat's milk
- Lactic cheese, flavored and cottage cheese
- Milk jam
- Egg cream
