Located in Réallon, the Ferme du Bayle is a farm of human size in Organic Agriculture which tries to respect the environment and the needs of the goats.
The products :
- Crottin de chèvre (plain or spicy): available fresh, semi-fresh, semi-dry or dry, this small lactic-type cheese is a must-have among goat cheeses.
- Cabrigan: a lactic-type cheese, this small ashy triangle will surprise you with its fresh texture and creamy texture
- Cabrier: morbier-type goat cheese.
- Cabrichon: reblochon-type goat cheese
- Capricéa: Mont d'or-type goat's cheese
- Cabriclette: raclette-type goat cheese
- Tomme de chèvre
- Fromage blanc: creamy and tasty, fromage blanc is appreciated for its light taste and digestive qualities, the result of being made with raw goat's milk.
- Faisselle: drained fromage blanc is renowned for its pronounced lactic flavor and tangy notes, as well as its moist, light, slightly grainy texture in the mouth.
All products are sold direct from the farm or on short distribution circuits (April 1 to October 31).
