We are settled in Chabottes on a family farm with abondance cows and a 47 ha plot of land including 8 ha of cereals for the animals' food in organic farming. Sales at the cheese factory and some local markets.

We're based in Chabottes on a family farm with abondance cows and a 47-hectare plot of land, including 8 hectares of cereals for animal feed. Our milk is processed and our cheeses sold in the valley.

The cheeses are made from organic raw milk.
