Feutrière de Bigorre - The other Florence

Working with wool is a traditional skill in the Pyrenees. To safeguard, preserve and pass on this knowledge, Florence has moved into an old building in Bagnères-de-Bigorre, where she makes her own felt.

From woollen furniture to felt gloves and lighting fixtures, Florence uses her wool in a multitude of ways, and is happy to share her passion with you.

Florence draws her inspiration from nature, stones, trees and nests, which you'll find in her lamps, paintings and giant pebbles. She loves to play with transparency and the soothing light diffused by wool.
