The caussenarde farm is located in the commune of Montbrun, on the Méjean plateau at an altitude of 1000 m.
Bruno and Valerie raise 200 ewes of the White breed from the Massif Central and about 40 cattle of the Tarine breed, in organic farming.
They offer vacuum-packed beef for sale:
- 8 kg box of veal
- 8 kg box of Easter beef
- 8 kg box of heifer
- 5 kg box of minced steaks
Order by phone and delivery several times a year in the areas of Florac, Mende and in the Gard.
