Lamb meat - Domaine de Lacan

Situated on a 278-hectare site, consisting mainly of chestnut and oak woodland and 34 hectares of natural meadows, the farm has around 200 Raïole ewes and 32 goats. The lambs and kids are sold for meat.

The farm also uses the wool from its ewes to make mattresses, comforters, mattress toppers and cushions.

Roderick Lawrence Caperton has enhanced the farm's exceptional landscape heritage by restoring low walls, building a stone sheepfold and protecting trees of ecological and landscape interest with netting.

All of the farm's produce is farmed organically.

The farm also offers a gîte for 6 people.
