Their herd is estivated in the Arrens valley, at the lake of Tech. The hay is mowed in the valley. The GAEC produces veal and beef for direct sale in packages of 6 or 10 kg.

The valorization and the preservation of local resources, as well as the sale in direct and in short circuits in order to propose products of quality are in the center of the approach of this farm.
