Ice creams and sorbets - La ferme du Rivet

La ferme du Rivet grows organic red berries (strawberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant) and offers gourmets the chance to savor its produce in the form of ewe's milk sorbets and ice creams. Some twenty flavors are available in jars or cones under the Sorbets des Cévennes brand.

The products are sold at local markets and in producers' stores in Lozère and Gard. These sweet flavors can also be found in restaurants and leisure facilities throughout the year.
