At the entrance to the most Himalayan of French valleys, Gaël grows and organically processes
raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and redcurrants.
A real life project for Gaël, who is very attached to the valley of his ancestors, Eigania (or "Rosée" in patois) is a small farm with a strong local identity, set in unspoilt countryside.
