Spring honey - Mitaut André

Amateur beekeeper and manager of the Pollen et Propolis gite, André Mitaut extracts all-flower honey from his 30 sedentary hives of family-selected bee strains in the commune of Dancevoir. He also has 6 transhumance hives outside the park, producing acacia honey, which does not claim the brand.

The honey is sold mainly at the honey house, to private individuals and to the public at the gîte.
