Grande Traversée du Mercantour (GTM)

The Grande Traversée du Mercantour (GTM) is a 12-day tour of the Mercantour National Park.

It's a sporty yet easy-to-access traverse, with an average of 6 hours' walking per day, between 15 and 18 kilometers, and vertical drops of up to 1000 meters.

The variety of landscapes on offer is breathtaking: you'll visit all the Mercantour valleys, pass by the highest peaks and end up admiring the Mediterranean. It's a real voyage of discovery, not only in terms of landscapes, but also in terms of people, with overnight stays in atypical refuges and gîtes, where the wardens and hosts will be delighted to welcome you.
