Nestled in the heart of the Cevennes in a former priory, in the center of the hamlet of Cap, 4 guest rooms have been refurbished in this old building.
At the table d'hôtes, Stéphanie proposes home-made meals made of seasonal and local products.
Around the property, the chestnut grove is being restored.
The vegetable garden is cultivated with old varieties of vegetables which feed the table d'hôtes.
