Camping le Mouretou

Our 3-star Le Mouretou campsite welcomes you for an exceptional vacation in the Cévennes, in the heart of nature. It's ideally located 3 km from the pretty village of Valleraugue, at the foot of Mont Aigoual.

Most pitches are separated by superb hedges. The ideal place for a great family vacation is to enjoy the southern sun, but without the disadvantages. The pitches are large and perfectly shaded by a wide variety of trees (chestnut, birch, poplar, mulberry, plane...). Each pitch has its own special character, and that's part of the beauty of Le Mouretou!

• Caravans and camper vans are welcome on the campsite.
• There's an emptying station in the village. It works with tokens, which you can buy (€3) at the Maison de Pays (tourist office) next door.
• Most of the campsite pitches have access to an electric hook-up point.
• A new sanitary block is available next to the buildings, ensuring your peace and quiet. You'll find a PMR cabin, private washbasins with hairdryers, and hot showers.

You also have the option of renting 4 mobile homes on privileged pitches. Ideal for a family of 4 to 6 people, they are very comfortable and offer a splendid view of the Cévennes mountains!

• At night, you'll find a bedroom with a 140×190 double bed and a bedroom with 2 80×190 beds. Blankets and pillows are provided.
• For your comfort and well-being, there's a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.
• In the kitchen, you'll find all the equipment you need (fridge, hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, crockery, kitchen table...).

Finally, there's a lovely wooden terrace with garden furniture and drying rack.
