La Table du Mas Nouveau is a restaurant open to all, offering creative and delicate cuisine every evening. Our aim is to showcase local produce from within a 30 km radius. A rich wine list with a majority of biodynamic wines.

Some of our vegetables, flowers and fruit, eggs and honey come from the Mas garden. Thierry Alix, the talented and passionate chef, offers carefully prepared dishes to be enjoyed on the terrace with its view.

Menu at 34 euros and also lighter formulas.

The SPA (Hammam-Jacuzzi), the natural swimming pool, hikes in the heart of the Cévennes National Park or wild edible plant walks, the activities on offer are numerous.

Flo and Julien took over Le Mas Nouveau in 2022 and are looking forward to to give you a warm welcome.
