Refuge des clots

A panoramic trail over the lavender-scented Lac du Chambon leads to the hamlet of Les Clots and its charming refuge at the foot of a spectacular petrifying waterfall. This is an ideal place to spend your first night in the mountains (the refuge is equipped for children) and observe the flora and fauna. But it's also the perfect place to stop off on the GR 54 and reach the Emparis plateau and its magnificent lakes the next day.

From the refuge you can discover the Lovitel peat bog and its interpretation trail, the Ecomusée des Clots and the Pisse petrifying waterfall.

Easy access in 1 h 30 walk from the hamlet of Aymes in the commune of Mizoën.
