Le comptoir de Joséphine

As a continuation of my previous catering business, the "Petit restaurant de la Montagne, i opened Le Comptoir de Joséphine to add value to our fruit and vegetables, through simple transformations, semi-preserves, preserves... I only cook fresh, seasonal and local produce, which means small quantities.

To showcase these products, I've set up a small boutique at "Le Comptoir de Joséphine" where we sell them, as well as those of local artisans from the Tinée and Vésubie valleys who are committed to the same approach.

We also offer zero-waste picnics made with our products.

The local products for sale in our boutique come from our garden, Valdeblore, the Tinée and Vésubie valleys (Saint Martin Vésubie is 15 minutes from the mountain resort of La Colmiane - Valdeblore).
