The restaurant, installed in the old waiting room and the hall of the travelers of the station of Bedous, proposes tasty dishes cooked with wood fire. At Fabrice and Edith's, local products are honored: farm products cooked over an open fire and the traditional garbure are served every day. Come and enjoy, without moderation, their recipes based on melted cheese from the valley.
