Syrups - Solperies Farm

All plants are grown by hand in small plots or scattered here and there for the pleasure of the eye... They thrive in limestone soil at an altitude of 900 m, with a climate that is hot in summer and very cold in winter.

Edible plants and their companions in the ornamental garden are weeded by hand.

The plants are processed on the farm in the workshop into 100% organic syrups: Elderberry, Agastache, Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender, Chestnut honey, Mint.
