Working with the Agriculture Biologique and IGP Cévennes labels, the vast majority of my beekeeping takes place in the Cévennes region (Gard - Lozère - Ardèche), which boasts a rich and unique biodiversity. I'm keen to help you discover the different types of honey that bees produce throughout the year.
