In an idyllic setting 700 meters above Bedous, the Soubille farm is surrounded by a natural wealth of wildlife and a varied and colorful flora throughout the seasons. On 20 hectares of meadows and woods, Emma and François raise 80 ewes of Barégeoise, Berrichonne and Bizet breeds...

In an idyllic setting 700 meters above Bedous, the Soubille farm is surrounded by a natural wealth of wildlife and a varied and colorful flora throughout the seasons. On 20 hectares of meadows and woods, in parallel to the breeding activity, Emma and François work on the valorization of the resources through the fruit growing.

Blackberry/raspberry, raspberry, mint, lime/ mint syrups, and apple/blueberry, plum, blackcurrant/redcurrant jams... are made from the farm's own fruit and wild berries.
