In an idyllic setting 700 meters above Bedous, the Soubille farm is surrounded by a natural wealth of wildlife and a varied and colorful flora throughout the seasons.

On 20 hectares of meadows and woods, in parallel to the breeding activity, Emma and François work on the valorization of the resources through the fruit growing.

Mint syrups, lime/mint syrups, chestnut syrups... and apple/blueberry, plum, blackcurrant/gooseberry, zucchini/lemon jams... are made from the farm's own fruit and wild berries.
