Honey - Le Saltadou

She has around forty hives, which she transships to several communes in the Park. Her black bees produce :

• Miel des gorges du Tarn: a blend of all flowers, mainly clover, maple, lime and acacia
• Chestnut honey, harvested in the Cévennes valleys
• Causse honey, rich in sainfoin and lavender

Processed products are marketed mainly in a summer restaurant at Panorama du Saltadou.
