Christel Becquerelle owns a farm on the Causse Méjean. She diversifies her production by wild picking.
Her wild harvest, highly diversified and original, is carried out mainly on her own property. It is used in :
- Jam: dogwood, rosehip, wild mirabelle plums, dandelion and white alisier
- Pesto: wild garlic
The processed products are marketed mainly in a summer restaurant at Panorama du Saltadou.
