Chef Martial Paulet offers home-cooked meals based on local, seasonal produce. The menu gives pride of place to products from the Lozère region, such as cheese, meat and honey. Committed to sustainable tourism since 2007 alongside the National Park, Martial Paulet has implemented numerous eco-responsible actions.

The restaurant is open from Easter to All Saints' Day.
