Attached to the local forest and fruit heritage, Matthias acquired, a few years ago, an abandoned chestnut grove, which he rehabilitated.
Motivated by the desire to practice environmentally-friendly agriculture, particularly within the Cévennes National Park, Matthias is in the process of converting to organic farming.
The chestnuts are transformed in a collective workshop in the Cévennes into a delicious chestnut cream.
