Rhubarb and berry syrups - Les jardins de Grizac

Albert Douchy is a market gardener in Grizac. He grows a wide variety of four-season vegetables, largely according to permaculture principles, including some ancient varieties. He processes the products of his wild and fruit harvests.

Production is local and natural. We work by hand, without chemicals.

Products processed: rhubarb and berry syrups, apple juice, St. John's wort oily macerate, calendula and herbal teas.

Sales outlets:

Direct sales at the Pont de Montvert Sud Mont Lozère market on Wednesdays. Albert's products can also be found in three stores in Le Pont: Art de vie, La Sout des Cévennes and Biojour in Florac-Trois-Rivières.

Albert also takes part in gastronomic fairs and festivities such as the Fête de l'abeille noire and the Fête de la soupe de Florac.
