Le Kossassa is a boutique located in the wild south of Reunion Island. Here you'll find all kinds of products from a volcanic terroir, including Esprit parc national products, grown with respect and passion.
Its specialty? Organic sugar cane! After all, Alain, the store's owner, is a farmer himself. A true lover of sugar cane, he offers the product in all its forms, including the famous galabé, a deliciously sweet delicacy made from stewed cane juice. Muscovado, syrup la cuite or even vinegar... you'll find it all in this little kréol shop!
