Various vegetables - Les maraîchers de Bedous

Elise and Mathieu have set up their vegetable farm on the Bedous plain. They grow a wide variety of vegetables, many of them heirloom varieties.

Here, everything is done in a short circuit, whether for supply or for sale. Manure comes from a goatherd in Aydius, grass clippings from the commune of Bedous, and wood shavings from a local forester.

Damaged vegetables are sold to La Ferme Soubille (Esprit parc national) for jam and other products. Elise and Mathieu also sell at the weekly market in Bedous and supply the Intermarché in Accous and the EPHAD in Osse-en-Aspe. You can also order weekly baskets from them.
