Every year, Olivier takes his herds of cows to the Lucharry and Salistre mountain pastures in Etsaut for five months.
It produces veal in boxes, minced steaks and prepared dishes such as veal axoa, bolognaise or navarin de mouton.
As with the veal parcels, the packages include an equal share of all the cow's cuts:
Roasts, steaks, rump steaks, ribeyes, ribs, rib steaks, shanks, bourguignon.
The cuts of meat are vacuum-packed, labeled and presented in cardboard boxes.
Packages are 10kg
